Yin Yoga emphasizes stillness, core softness & surrender. It consists of slow, deep, passive stretches, taking us deep into connected tissues of our bodies and layers of experiencing ourselves. This practice invites us to cultivate the qualities of surrender, receptivity, patience, and observance. It offers space for inner listening and insights into our internal landscapes. The session is completed with Meditation. Free sample session below coming soon

Hatha Yoga is an active practice emphasizing movement, alignment, rhythm and flow. We begin by settling and warming up, then flow into a core practice enjoying a balanced array of hatha yoga postures which consist of standing and seated poses, as well as postures focusing on balance, forward bends, backward bends, inversions and twists. The full sequence is completed with a breathwork practice and relaxation

Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga

Breathwork & Meditation

Practitioners of yoga have different inclinations towards the Yoga practices. Some may like to spend a long time with the movement, while others prefer breathing exercises or seek the stillness of meditation. Each of these stages work together, one leading into the next. There is no perfect, one-size-fits-all formula. It is best to spend the amount of time with each stage that is just right for you. Please take care of yourself in the practice and let your body be your teacher here and myself, the assistant. Because of the nature of the online format I trust that you will.  May there be curiosity, kindness and care in how we meet ourselves in our bodies, minds and hearts. Lots of insights and potentials are awaiting our inner arival. See you there!

Restorative

Yoga workshop

& Relaxation

Emphasizes relaxation and letting go through slow-paced practice supported by props. To work its magic, restorative yoga relies on eight key relaxation inducing conditions: physical comfort,  muscle  release, warm skin, a reclined or inverted posture, darkness, pressure on the bones around the eyes, permission to relax, and holding the pose for a sufficient amount of time (5-10 mins each). All that that is being complemented by a mindfulness, breathwork practice and simple yoga massage.
