Loudwater Farm lies in the beautiful valley of the River Chess, just 30minutes from London. That's where our seasonal yoga weekend will take place.

Spring is the time of emergence, expansion, outward expression and new growth. After the winter season, the energy of the body wants to spring and grow outwards and draw upon the stored energy of Winter. Our weekend will support that by waking our core and allowing our whole body to unfold from the centre. Join us for the weekend of Yoga and Breathwork practice, complemented with the Voice work.
